This project consisted of the construction of a 2-storey over basement Bar & Restaurant facility of approximately 1,300m2 with associated drainage and site works. The scope of the works included all finishes to the basement and ground floor with the second floor left as shell and core. Works to the ground floor included a modern fully fitted bar and restaurant. The project was completed a month ahead of programme to allow the client open in time for Christmas trading. |
