In August 2005 L&M Keating Ltd. were awarded the contract to fully restore and refurbish Cragleigh House and stable block, the works involved restoring the existing building back to the original condition with special emphasis on retaining features of the house i.e. stone masonry, windows, cornices and ceiling decorations, stairwells and hallway panelling etc while also extending the original house by some 2500sq ft in sympathy with the existing. It also involved total refurbishment of the stable block to provide residential and leisure facility. |
