The Estuary West Building was a speculative development by Kilrush Chamber of Commerce. The building comprises of four independent units and provides 1,600m2 of accommodation over two floors. The building internally was provided shell and core while externally the low maintenance envelope is constructed of architectural panel with aluminium windows. On completion of the project “An Post” expressed an interest in renting half of the available space in order to set up a facility for BillPost Processing Services Ltd. The ensuing fit-out contract was negotiated with L&M Keating Ltd. and a new Design Team. The fit out works comprised of partitions, ceilings, finishes, decoration and M & F. |
