The project works involved the construction of a 2 storey concrete framed building clad with composite architectural metal panels on a modular grid system at the National Technological Park, Limerick. The internal works consisted 2,000m2 of open plan shell and core on each floor with the central core toilets, kitchens and stairwells being fitted out and finished. The pile foundations from a previous development were re-tested and utilised for this development. |
