This project was a live Pharmaceutical Plant where no disruption of the 24hr production line was permissible. Works were carried out in the vicinity of the clean room facilities. This project consisted of the demolition and extension of existing Canteen and Office Space and construction of a new Quality Control Laboratory and associated groundwork’s including the installation of a FM approved underground firemain. The work to the canteen was carried out in three phases; two construction phases and finally demolition of existing Canteen to allow continued use of facilities during the construction phase. The QC Laboratory works consisted of single storey steel and concrete construction with a suspended concrete on metal deck roof to allow for a potential future first floor. |
