KILKEE BAY HOTEL,
Town Houses and Leisure

 This stylish development brought its own challenges in that, first
of all, the site originally contained a cinema complex which had
to be demolished prior to the beginning of the new construction.

Secondly, ground conditions were extremely poor, resulting in
over 150 driven piles, most averaging 20m long and finally, the
programme demanded that the 16 houses, 6 apartments and the
leisure centre be built in 10 months.
