This purpose built development entailed the construction of sixteen single storey dwellings, a communal centre and all site development and landscaping works. The buildings were built for use by the Elderly and Disabled and all requirements of Doc. M of the Building Regulations were incorporated into the design. The contract included the fit out of all units including floor and wall finishes, painting, kitchen and wardrobe installation as well as the supply and installation of loose furniture. The accommodation in the communal building included Doctors and Nurses Rooms, Commercial kitchen and lounge / dining area. |
