Kilrush Creek Marina operates a state of the art 120 berth marina and boatyard on the Shannon estuary in Co. Clare. In 1998 L&M Keating Ltd constructed the Marina Centre adjacent to the marina on an old landfill site, which had to be suitably dealt with. As the budget was quite small for the project a number of innovative cost reduction alternatives were introduced by the contractor including simulated lead roofing. |
