SHANAKYLE COMMUNITY
HOUSING,
Kilrush, Co. Clare.
 The Shanakyle Housing Development comprised of the
construction of 42 NO houses and all site development, site
services and landscaping works.

The project was completed in two phases. The first phase
completed in 2000 comprised of the construction of thirty; two,
three and four bedroomed semi-detached houses as well as six
bungalows.

The Client then chose to negotiate the construction of phase 2 of
the development with L&M Keating Ltd. This comprised of the
construction of a further six houses which were completed in
2002.

This development has been well received and blends effortlessly
into what is one of the most prominent sites in the town,
overlooking the marina.
