 This project involved an extension onto an existing building
previously used as a warehouse. With this we had to install new
services, extend existing ones and add to the loading bay and
car-park areas. It also included a complete internal
refurbishment of the existing office area.

The existing building, including office space, was a footprint of
9315m2 while the extension was 780m2. This was built to
facilitate a boiler house, a machine room and a general storage
area.

One of the internal requirements was to provide a greater area
for administration and management which meant doubling the
size of the existing office to 2000m2.
